this is pretty good!!
the lion looks very good but for a few things I might suggest.
the first thing is that the frame of the face-to me- looks a little too thin, I would suggest rounding it out just a little bit more to better get the impression of size and mass in there. the mane though I think is good the way it is. Also I would suggest slitting the eyes so they better fit the angry expression you've got going on, usually when an animal is snarling, his eyes follow suit. I might also suggest curling the tongue up just a bit at the end so it doesn't look quite so flat.
that's about it though like I said this is pretty good.
